Founded in 1942 by the visionary Mr. Bimal Prasad Jain, Jainsons Group began its journey as a retail outlet in the bustling heart of Connaught Place. Over eight decades, we have grown into a diversified business group, renowned for our commitment to excellence and innovation.
Our journey has been marked by significant milestones and transformative growth. A landmark achievement in our history was the establishment of the first Jainsons store in 1954. Afterwards, the development of the iconic Kailash Building at 26 Kasturba Gandhi Marg.

Today, under the esteemed leadership of Mr. Arun Kumar Jain, Managing Director of Abaskar Constructions Pvt Ltd & Jainsons Export Corporation, we continue to build upon our rich legacy. Mr. Arun Kumar Jain's foresight and business acumen have been instrumental in steering the Group to establish a strong presence in the export sector.
Playing a pivotal role in our ongoing growth, Mr. Aditya Arun Jain, Managing Director of Golden Asset Holdings Pvt Ltd & Golden Planet Enterprises, expertly manages a vast portfolio of commercial properties across Delhi. His strategic vision extends beyond real estate, as he actively invests in small businesses and seed-stage ventures, fueling innovation and fostering entrepreneurial growth across diverse sectors.
Our expansion has not been confined to construction and real estate alone. Jainsons Group has diversified into various sectors, reflecting our adaptability and entrepreneurial spirit. From making a mark in the hospitality industry to exploring avenues in export, fashion, finance, and jewelry, our group has established a presence in multiple business verticals. Our History
In 1942, the foundations of Jainsons Group were laid with the opening of Greenways, our first store, by Mr. B.P. Jain and his brothers. This marked the beginning of a journey characterized by entrepreneurial spirit and enduring family values. In 1954, we proudly established the first Jainsons store, setting the stage for an expansion that would see multiple retail outlets opening across Delhi.
The 1960s and 70s were a period of significant growth and diversification for Jainsons Group. In 1964, we ventured into the apparel industry with the incorporation of Jainsons Clothing Corporation. This decade also saw the completion of the iconic Kailash Building at 26 Kasturba Gandhi Marg, a symbol of our growing influence in the real estate sector.
The early 1970s were a pivotal era, with Mr. B.P. Jain's son, Arun Kumar Jain, taking the helm of our export business. Under his dynamic leadership, the company was rebranded as Jainsons Export Corporation (JEC). We began exporting shirts and garments to Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States, marking our foray into the international market. The 1980s witnessed further expansion as we started manufacturing carpets and handicrafts, in addition to garments, for the Russian market. JEC, recognized by the Ministry of Economic Affairs in Russia, operated with offices in Delhi and Moscow, supported by two highly mechanized factories.
The mid-1990s brought another diversification, with the establishment of Jainsons Automobiles as the dealership for Daewoo Motors. This move signified our commitment to evolving with the times and exploring new business avenues.
In the heart of Delhi's vibrant Connaught Place, our family business embarked on its journey in 1942. Nestled in the bustling E-Block, our beginnings with Jainsons & Greenways laid the cornerstone of a legacy that has grown and flourished through the decades.
Today, the very same E-Block not only houses the iconic Jainson & Greenways but also stands as a testament to our expansion and diversification. Over the years, we have extended our presence, embracing both the culinary and corporate worlds with QBA Restaurant and the Jainsons Export Corporation office, respectively.
